In the start lap I had to push hard to move forward a little bit but when I was in the top 5 I was confident to reach the next podium. The speed was high and sometimes I was on the limit. But till the third last lap I could follow the leading group. Then my teammate Fontana and world champion Hermida improved the speed so that I couldn’t follow anymore. The last section of the race I rode together with Käss and Fanger. At a sprint finish I beat Fanger and got the 3rd place.

Again it was really nice to race in Münsingen with so many spectators.

On Monday evening we travel to South Africa to the first World cup this year.
