After I felt really good at the European championships last week I was motivated to go fast on the nice course in Nove Mesto Na Morave.
The Czech hold the first time a World cup. Due to they had already experiences in Biathlon in Winter it was organised everything very well. The course was created clearly. The crowds were awsome.
The start was fast and I didn’t feel very well. I lost several positions what didn’t make me happy. Two laps I fought over the roots. Fortunately I could take profit of my Scalpel and ride a little bit more relaxed. The legs became better but still not the best. I moved some positons forward. I finished 16th.
I’m looking forward already now for next year’s World cup in Nove Mesto.
Next Saturday is the World cup final in Val di Sole.
